愛、關係、與療癒

國中時第一次在余光的節目中聽到這首歌The Greatest Love of All，就為其歌詞深深地觸動(顯然從小就有慧根哦，哈哈！)。直到今日，還是很喜歡裡面的歌詞。

正如我常常跟我的案主說：「就我而言，諮商的目標只有一個，就是愛你自己。」而與人工作的經驗讓我發現，要案主愛自己是多麼地困難啊！所以，最偉大的愛，的確就是愛你自己。唯有能愛自己的人，才能夠愛別人。

就讓我們欣賞Whitney Houston所帶來的這首歌吧！然後好好地愛自己！
